From the humblest of beginnings, Garner Management Services was formed. While attending Northwest College in 1992, Rob picked up an extra job working with a Association management company helping ready rental units for occupancy. From there he obtained a job working as an on-site manager's assistant at a Bellevue condominium complex. It was while working closely with the manager, the board of directors and the unit owners that he realized the importance of effective leadership for a homeowner's Association. Rob and his wife, Brenda, formed Garner Management Services in 2000 after eight years in the Association management industry. Since that time, Garner Management Services has maintained the highest level of professionalism.

In 2001, Rob had the good fortune to work for a new 1500+ unit master planned community in Redmond, Washington. The property spanned over 1000 acres and included a 36,000 sq. foot clubhouse. He managed the Association from the early stages and earned the prestigious Association of the Year award in 2007.

Rob continues to provide outstanding service to all of his properties.
